Plans differ in the units included each month, the requests allowed per minute, the number of keys, access to streams and the price of extra units. Subscribe, change or cancel at my.quavern.com/account/quavsit.

Prices are in euros, VAT included where applicable. Starter and Pro offer a 14-day trial. Plans are personal — one account, one billing customer. Enterprise is set up by hand after contact.

The month is the calendar month in UTC. When the included units are spent, the API refuses further calls and says so, with the plan, the period, the reset instant and whether overage is available. Calls resume at the start of the next UTC month.

Paid plans can keep going beyond their included units, at the rate in the table. Pay as you go bills every unit at €0.30 per 1 000.

Overage is off by default. Turn it on from the account page, where you also set a spend cap. Overage and pay-as-you-go usage are billed monthly through Stripe, on the same invoice as the subscription, computed from the metered units.

Evaluation and small personal tools: 5 000 units a month, 30 requests a minute, 2 keys, no streams, no overage. It also carries one departure board, one widget and one watched network.

None of them costs extra. They spend the same units under the same plan. Their per-plan limits are in their own articles.

The subscription state recorded by the payment processor is the authoritative one, so a change can take a moment to reach the page.
