Everything to do with money is on the Billing page in myQuavern.

Cancel online, at any time, in a few clicks. You never have to call anyone — there is no telephone support and cancellation does not need one.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid. Access continues until then, and the subscription does not renew.

Payment is handled by Stripe. Subscriptions are monthly or annual and renew automatically until cancelled. The subscription state recorded by the payment processor is the authoritative one, so a change can take a moment to appear on the page.

You can open the Stripe customer portal from the billing page to update a card, read invoices, or change the subscription.

Starter and Pro each offer a 14-day free trial. Its length is stated at checkout. A trial can be cancelled at any moment before it ends without being charged; otherwise the paid period starts when the trial ends. A given trial is available once per account.

Change the plan from the billing page. Team requires a minimum of five seats, and seats are managed there too. Enterprise is set up by contract, without self-serve checkout.

Quavern can change plans and prices for the future. A price change for an existing subscription is announced at least one month before it applies, and you can cancel before it does.

If you subscribe as a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw. Because these are digital services that begin at once, subscribing is an express request for immediate performance, and the withdrawal right is lost once the service has been fully performed. Cancelling the subscription for the next period is unaffected.

Account deletion waits while a subscription billed by that account is not yet cancelled or otherwise terminal. Cancel first, let the billing state settle, then delete.

Write to [email protected] with the date of the charge and the plan you expected. Never send card details — nobody at Quavern will ask for them.
